Analysis & Blueprint

We analyse all modules and objects which should be part of the replacement. All dependent processes and modules will be analyzed and additional cross-application modules will be checked e.g. processes in FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PLM, LO-VC etc. We check also other integrations and interfaces of 3rd party applications. Not all objects are controlled and can be managed by engineering change management. So we can also help to manage these use-cases.

Implementation Phase

We do not only offer our Add-on as it is, we also work with you and support you during the implementation phase and manage the whole process. If you want us to we can offer a complete package which means that we manage the whole project. This includes customizing and/or the setup of our Add-on as well as a blueprint phase, use-case definition and tests. This ensures best results, transparency and quality. We also offer trainings and test support based on your predefied use-cases. We also check long texts, classifications, dependent objects, technical details and all other relevant objects before.

Documentation & Support

To enusre best transparency we also provide a documentations during and after the replacement process. Furthermore we offer support services up to 24/7 support. Our Add-ons can be used for ongoing processes, interfaces and data migration scenarios as well as for a one time project.
